All professionals have a diverse and highly technical background and training with considerable experience in design, review, and coordinating with other consultants and public agencies. RJR clients range from public municipalities to large and small developers to the custom single family and commercial developers. At RJR, no project is too small and no detail unimportant. We value our client and strive to ensure that their questions, concerns, and goals are achieved.
RJR staff has quality educations training, several with graduate degrees and/ or have graduated from law school to provide a well-rounded approach to the complex regulations that plague many projects. All of RJR’s staff and management are working designers typically with cross training in more than one field of expertise. All staff has extensive and thorough land development experience coupled with extensive public agency relationships. This experience has enabled RJR to develop unique approached and perspectives on projects that allow the designs that Clients and Agencies have come to expect.
