These projects have involved all types of residential developments, including subdivisions, home site estates, ranches, apartments, senior living facilities, townhomes, mobile home parks, condominiums, golf courses, beach homes, bluff stabilization, flood control facilities, and recreational vehicle parks. RJR has provided successful consulting services for over 3,500 residential development projects throughout California.
