RJR has extensive land planning and entitlement experience. This includes analysis of General Plans, Zoning, and assisting clients with land yields and project pro-forma. RJR has demonstrated experience and knowledge with various Counties, Cities and regulatory agencies including the extensive experience with the California Coastal Commission, State Water Resource Control Board, and the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers in processing projects thru the entitlement process.
