RJR provides third party review services, grant writing and preparation, Capital Project/Public Works services, project management, agency staff support for Cities, Counties, various types of districts, and regulatory agencies.

RJR can provide the necessary planning, entitling, funding, design, and construction oversight for various engineering projects ranging from open space acquisitions to arterial road widening, street planning, utility backbone design, capital funding, maintenance districts, pavement management, and water supply systems. As well, RJR has performed engineering services of main line and tract infrastructure for: sewer capacity analysis and design; water and reclaimed water pressure analysis and plan design; retention/ detention, offline channel and storm drain designs; wetland design, LID designs, traffic plans; lighting plans; and other associated improvements.
