The Richard Meir & Associates custom residence was a Pritzker Prize-winning project which included RJR Engineering on the team as the Geotechnical and Civil Engineer of Record. The project is located on the beach side of Pacific Coast Highway, and had several significant site and regulatory challenges that were overcome, including state of the art LID/green infrastructure measures and drainage systems.
