Robert Anderson
President


Mr. Anderson has 30 years experience in the fields of civil and geotechnical engineering in the areas of tract, residential, commercial and public agency consulting.  For the past 23 years, Mr Anderson has been a principal engineer and owner of RJR Engineering.  He has been responsible for over 3,000 engineering projects including improvement plans, cost estimates, land planning and design reports.  

Mr. Anderson's undergraduate studies in Geology and Civil Engineering were completed at UC Davis.   He has a Juris Doctorate from Southern California Institute of Law and is a registered civil engineer in 13 states.  He holds several certifications including; Qualified Stormwater Designer/Practitioner (QSD/P), Qualified Industrial SWPPP Practitioner & Compliance Group Leader (CASQA), CASQA Trainer of Record in Construction & Industrial, Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC), Certified Profession in Stormwater Quality (CPSWQ), Certified Professional in Industrial Stormwater Management (CPISM), Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Specialist (CPMSM), Certified Erosion, Sediment and Stormwater Inspector (CESSWI) and Certified Stormwater Manager (APWA).

Rick Hajas
Associate

 

Mr. Hajas is a Project Manager with RJR Engineering.  He has over 17 years of experience in civil engineering design, review, project management, regulatory and environmental compliance and public works projects.  

Mr. Hajas earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Santa Barbara in 2001 and a Juris Doctorate from the Southern California Institute of Law in 2006.   He holds several certifications including Qualified Stormwater Designer/Practitioner (QSD/P), Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC), Certified Profession in Stormwater Quality (CPSWQ), and Certified Professional in Industrial Stormwater Management (CPISM).

Tony Aguilar
Associate


Mr. Aguilar is a Project Engineer with 20years of practice in the field of engineering and stormwater.  He has specialized expertise in construction, stormwater processes, hydroloygy and erosion control. 

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in 2007. He is pursuing his Professional Geologist and Certified Engineering Geologist license in California and has earned several professional certifications including Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC), Certified Professional in Storm Water Quality (CPSWQ), Certified Professional in Industrial Stormwater Management (CPISM), Certified Erosion, Sediment, & Stormwater Inspectors (CESSWI), and Certified Professional sUAS Remote Pilot (FAA Part 107).
